- A clear description of the copyrighted content you believe has been infringed

- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law

What Happens Next
Once we receive your DMCA notice, we’ll review it as soon as possible. If everything checks out, we’ll take down the infringing content. We may also reach out to the person who posted it to let them know.
Counter Notice Option
If your content was removed and you believe that it was a mistake, you can file a counter notice. Include your name, contact information, the URL of the content, and a statement that you believe the content was removed in error. You’ll also need to confirm that you consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
We will review your counter notice and may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.
Repeat Offenders
We do not allow repeat copyright violators on TechMasala.in. If a user is found repeatedly posting infringing material, we will take stricter action including permanent removal of content or access.
